Emergo in action: how we prepare for mass incidents? 
The training was organized by the International Committee of the Red Cross in Kyiv.
The training was attended by the staff of our institution: Nargiz Dzhavadova, Maria Yakovyshyn, Larysa Chubenko and Olena Volovyk.
The program includes modeling crisis situations using the Emergo Train System (ETS). This is a simulation platform that allows you to “live through” critical moments:
Sorting the victims Work in overload conditions Interaction between services under stress Making decisions in seconds
In the near future, similar exercises will be held in Odesa, Sumy, Dnipro, and Kharkiv.
We are not waiting for a challenge – we are preparing for it.
