CIVIL DEFENSE SPECIALIST
Tasks and responsibilities:
- updating documentation on civil protection and critical infrastructure protection of the enterprise;
- developing plans and measures for their implementation;
- working with departments to implement plans on civil protection and critical infrastructure protection;
- working to prevent emergencies at the enterprise;
- organizing briefings, site exercises and training on civil protection, fire safety and emergency response at the place of work;
- handling inquiries;
- reporting.
Requirements:
- higher education;
- at least 3 years of experience in the SES or in the field of civil protection;
- experience in conducting briefings and exercises on civil protection and public safety, organizing control measures;
- knowledge of the rules and regulations on labor protection, safety, occupational sanitation, and fire protection;
- knowledge of the process of organizing the liquidation of an emergency and its consequences;
- ability to use and check the condition of technical means of protection of facilities;
- confident use of a PC.

LABOR PROTECTION ENGINEER
Tasks and responsibilities:
- accounting and organization of training, testing of employees’ knowledge on occupational health and safety;
- conducting briefings on occupational health and safety, maintaining logs of briefings on occupational health and safety, electrical and fire safety;
- development and implementation of instructions, standards, orders and regulations on occupational health and safety;
- updating internal documentation in accordance with the requirements of occupational health and safety legislation;
- carrying out preventive work to prevent occupational injuries;
- participation in the investigation of accidents and incidents, identification of their causes and development of measures to prevent them at work;
- preparation of documents for obtaining permits;
- control over compliance with occupational health and safety standards at the enterprise;
- attestation and certification of workplaces, organization of safe operation of equipment;
- interaction with state supervision and control authorities;
- support of inspections by state and local authorities.
Requirements:
- higher or vocational education;
- work experience in the field of labor protection from 3 years;
- knowledge of the Law of Ukraine “On Labor Protection”, methodological, regulatory and other materials on labor protection, fire safety, electrical safety and industrial sanitation;
- experience in developing instructions, regulations, drafting related documents;
- confident use of a PC (MS Excel, Word);
- a certificate of training and testing of knowledge on labor protection (general course) is desirable;
- ability to conduct audits and inspections on labor protection and fire safety;
- experience in preparing occupational safety documentation;
- responsibility, ability to make decisions independently, and communication skills.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Providing emergency (ambulance) medical care to adults and children at the pre-hospital stage and during transportation (hospitalization) in accordance with approved diagnostic and treatment standards;
- examine patients and provide them with medical care;
- organize and supervise the work of team members.
- control the safety, rational use, timely replenishment, exchange and write-off of medicines, medical devices, medical equipment, etc;
- be prepared for business trips to the de-occupied territories;
- Maintain medical records.
Requirements:
- higher or vocational education;
- work experience in the field of labor protection from 3 years;

Feldsher from the Ministry of Emergencies
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Performs professional activities under the supervision of a physician or independently in the Institution.
- Provides emergency medical care in accordance with the approved diagnostic and treatment standards to adults and children at the pre-hospital stage and during hospitalization (transportation) of the patient to the appropriate inpatient health care facility.
- Participates in visits to the affected areas as a member of the MCC to eliminate the consequences of emergencies of various kinds.
- He/she is subordinated to the responsible doctor of the field team.
- During the transportation of the patient, he/she is in the ambulance, assists the doctor in providing medical care and performing the necessary manipulations.
Requirements:
- Higher education with a junior bachelor’s degree in the field of health care, specialty “Nursing”, specialization “Medical care” with the qualification “Emergency Medicine Paramedic”.
- Advanced training (refresher courses, etc.).

PARAMEDIC
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Providing pre-medical/paramedical care to victims at the places of work of EMS and MC teams;
- Work in accordance with medical protocols, national and international standards;
- Monitoring and controlling the condition of medical equipment and medical bags of the EMT and MC teams;
- Participation in medical trainings on first aid, evacuation and transportation of victims;
- Monitoring and controlling the health status of members of the EMC and MC teams;
- Interaction and cooperation with the medical coordinator to develop and maintain medical records of the EMT and MC teams;
- Attendance and completion of internal training courses;
- Performing tasks in strict accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures of the Institution, national and international standards;
- Compliance with all requirements of the labor legislation of Ukraine and internal rules of the Institution.
Basic requirements:
- Basic medical education is REQUIRED;
- Knowledge of medical protocols;
- Ability to work in the field and physical endurance;

REPAIRMAN
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Disassembles, repairs, assembles and tests simple components and mechanisms of equipment and machinery.
- Adjusts simple equipment and machines, as well as those of medium complexity.
- Performs locksmith processing of parts according to 12-14 qualifications.
- Rinses, cleans, lubricates parts.
- Performs work with the use of pneumatic, electric tools and machine tools.
- Carries out scraping of parts with the help of mechanized tools.
- Produces simple devices for repair and assembly.
- Reports illness or other reason for not attending work on the day of absence.
He should know:
- names, labeling and rules for the use of lubricants, metals and detergents.
- basic techniques for disassembling, repairing and assembling simple components and mechanisms of equipment and machinery;
- purpose and rules of use of locksmith and control and measuring tools;
- basic mechanical properties of processed materials;
- basic knowledge of the system of tolerances and fits, qualifications and parameters of roughness;
Qualification requirements:
- Complete secondary education and on-the-job training, with no work experience requirements.
