Employees of our Institution took part in the international field training in Tirana (Republic of Albania) within the framework of the Project 88: «Strengthening medical preparedness for CBRN»

What to do when danger is in the air?

When it comes to the chemical threat, every second, every action, every interaction counts.

Representatives of 9 countries of South-Eastern Europe joined forces for one purpose – to increase the ability to save lives in the event of a chemical disaster.

The training focuses on scenarios that are as close to reality as possible:

🔹 Organizing the safe work of doctors in the “hot zone”.
🔹 Triage and assistance to victims exposed to chemical weapons.
🔹 Carrying out emergency decontamination.
🔹 Effective interagency coordination right on the scene.

This experience is not just practice. It is the formation of a united international front to counter chemical threats.

The knowledge gained by our specialists is already improving the resilience of our emergency medical care system.

And we continue to move towards even greater preparedness, cooperation and security.

Together we are stronger. Together – for the sake of life.
