We worked hard in Ternopil, Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions
Employees of the Institution made regular business trips to the regional CE and DM. We worked hard in the Ternopil, Vinnytsia and Khmelnytsky regions, where they held meetings with the heads of the centers, the heads of their structural units and their teams.
We discussed and analyzed the functioning of the centers during a possible blackout and in case of sudden negative changes in weather conditions. We assessed the work of the educational and training departments of the centers, touched on the issue of the shortage of instructors with relevant experience, as well as filling with material and technical equipment for teaching the necessary trainings for the employees of the units. Agreements were reached on further methodical support and further trainings and instructor courses.
We issues of the Centers’ observance of patient routes and the readiness of disaster medicine teams to respond to emergency situations with mass casualties were separately touched upon. Discussed critical needs and reviewed available equipment and working conditions of DM team members.
Despite the increase in the workload for each employee, the emergency service continues to function and develop! Together to victory!
