The team has undergone further training and expanded its capacity to provide medical care to critical patients
Employees of the State Institution “Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine” joined the exercise as part of the project “Interhospital Transportation of Critically Ill Patients” with the support of Artesans-ResQ, World Health Organization Ukraine, and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
Recently, another group of our employees completed the provider course. Upon completion of the three stages of training, instructors will be trained and all the necessary materials for teaching the course will be provided.
A systematic approach to postgraduate medical training enables further training of emergency medical workers and disaster medicine. The application of standardized procedures at each stage of transportation and transfer of patients to designated health care facilities is aimed at improving the quality of service provision at the national level.
