A new stage in the training of emergency medical professionals has been launched in Vinnytsia
Specialists of the Instructor Training Department of our Institution, together with colleagues from the emergency medical centers of Volyn, Khmelnytsky and Sumy regions, conducted the first integrated qualification exam for emergency medicine specialists.
What was it like?
12 paramedics of the Vinnytsia Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine passed the exam 7 experienced members of the examination committee 8 hours of intensive testing 3 key tests:
Assisting a traumatized victim Resuscitation of a critical adult Helping a critical child
Each participant acted as a leader of a 3-person team, demonstrating their professional skills in conditions as close as possible to real-life challenges.
The result is 83% success rate!
This is just the beginning! This assessment of knowledge and skills is another step towards improving the level of emergency medical care in Ukraine. We are proud of our specialists and continue to improve the system!
