Employees of the Institution continued training in stopping critical bleeding
We are not resting on our laurels! As part of a series of emergency medicine trainings, another group of employees of the Institution successfully completed training in stopping massive bleeding.

The training included:
Fast and effective application of turnstiles in different anatomical zones
Methods of wound tamponade using modern hemostatic agents (Combat Gauze, Celox, ChitoGauze)
Use of Israeli bandages and other pressure dressings
Tactical methods of moving victims and converting the turnstile
This knowledge and skills are critical for anyone who may find themselves in a situation where every second counts. Massive bleeding remains one of the leading causes of death in trauma, but a timely and correct response can make a difference.
We are grateful to all the participants for their motivation and responsible approach to training! We continue to work to improve our preparedness for any emergency.
Together we save lives!
