Losses of the emergency medical care system in June – early July 2025
Even in the war zone, emergency services work every day. However, Russian attacks are increasingly targeting EMS facilities: ambulance stations, base points, administrative buildings, and medical transport.
We monitored the losses of the emergency medical care system in June and early July 2025. The data is impressive:
Wounded medics: 6 people
Kherson region – 5 wounded (2 of them as a result of a drone attack on a brigade in Bilozerka).
Kharkiv region – 1 wounded.
Loss of ambulance vehicles:
24 vehicles damaged (to be repaired):
Odesa region – 9 (6 – Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, after arrival at the emergency station and 3 – after a massive UAV attack in Odesa).
Kyiv – 8 (5 vehicles as a result of the attack on 04.07).
Kharkiv region – 4 (including in Kupiansk after mortar attacks).
Kherson region – 3 (shelling of Bilozerska station).
Two cars were completely destroyed:
Odesa region – 1 (Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, complete combustion upon arrival).
Kherson region – 1 (station in Bilozerka, after shelling).
🏠Destroyed infrastructure
Odesa region:
The destroyed administrative building of the Emergency Medical Center in the center of Odesa after a direct UAV hit.
The destroyed building of the ambulance station in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi.
Kherson region:
The Stanislavske permanent base of the EMS brigades burned down after a shelling.

Kyiv:
Damaged substation buildings.
Kharkiv region:
Shelling of a branch in Kupyansk.
Despite the constant shelling and losses, the EMC continues to work. Brigades have been transferred to other locations, and calls are being processed in full.
We continue to record all facts of attacks on civilian medical infrastructure and inform our international partners.
Emergency medical care, despite the danger, continues to save the lives and health of our citizens.
