Employees of the Institution took part in the training course: “Strengthening biosafety and biosecurity measures at state border crossing points”
This training was conducted as part of the EU CoE P100 project and focused on one of the most pressing and important issues of national security.
It was attended by senior officials from the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the Customs Service, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Public Health Center, scientists, and practicing physicians. Interactive lectures and lively discussions were held.
The training was addressed by Professor Serhiy Omelyanovych Guriev, Deputy Director of the Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The speech was positively received by the training participants and generated considerable interest and discussion.
A practical part of the training was also conducted at the State Border of Ukraine, with the participation of employees of the Transcarpathian Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine.
